Location: Mat's on duty in his home town of Odersten until his sargeant tells him otherwise.
Open for:He needs some friends for sure. Enemies are any law breakers (that he knows of). Making friends with someone only to discover they're a secret crime lord would be a fun betrayal. He can be a bit of a whore when the fancy takes him, so flings are always possible, but beware! He may wind up feeling things, he's bad at the whole "no strings attached" bit. Definitely an ethical non-monogamist though, he's no cheater.
